Made to Order

Our merchandise is produced to order especially for you. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

Production time is separate from delivery time. Once your order has completed production and has been dispatched, additional time should therefore be allowed for delivery.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Production and delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing and unusually high order volumes.

If there is a significant problem or delay with your order, please contact us and we will investigate it for you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery details.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order has to be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied.
